Most people recognise a pair of Levi’s® by the famous red tab, sewn into the left side of the right back pocket of the jeans. But did you know that Levi’s® has also used other tab colours? The denim brand introduced an orange tab in the 1960s, used on fashionable garments during the hippies-era such as bell-bottoms and boot cut jeans. Over the years, orange tab products branched out from jeans to include shirts, ski suits and other activewear.
For Spring 2017, the Orange Tab gets a reboot with vintage-inspired finishes on updated stretch fabrics and fits. We got a preview of the collection at the recent Levi’s Pavilion Elite store launch event. Check out some of the key looks shot by our team at Streething:
